Vubbs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Vubbs platform, which provides automated video testimonial creation for professional speakers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our website and services.

By using Vubbs, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Account holders (speakers): Name, email address, billing information, logo and brand assets you upload, and usage data.

Audience members who record testimonials: Video and audio recordings submitted through the capture link or QR code, along with device metadata (browser type, operating system). We do not collect names or contact details from audience members unless they voluntarily provide them.

Waitlist sign-ups: Email address only.

We use collected data to: operate and improve the Vubbs platform; process and deliver AI-edited testimonial videos; communicate with you about your account and updates; send waitlist and early access communications; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or your audience's data to third parties. We do not use audience recordings for model training without explicit consent.

Testimonial recordings are stored for 90 days from the date of capture. After 90 days, raw recordings are permanently deleted. Processed (edited) videos remain accessible in your dashboard until you delete them or close your account.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We use trusted third-party services to operate Vubbs, including cloud infrastructure providers and payment processors. These providers process data only on our instructions and under strict confidentiality obligations.

We may disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only. We conduct regular security reviews.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
